This Volunteer Agreement is a description of the arrangement between us, Volunteer Building Cambodia Community Centre (VBCCC), and you, the volunteer, in relation to your voluntary work. The intention of this agreement is to assure you that we appreciate your volunteering with us and to indicate our commitment to do the best we can to make your volunteer experience with us a positive and rewarding one.
Do not give money or any kind of gift to individual children.
Dress standards apply at VBCCC. For ladies, shoulders must be covered, no low-cut tops and shorts must be covered the knee. For men, shorts to the knee. No offensive writing, pictures or alcohol advertising on cloth.
No bad language or inappropriate behaviour to be used at the Community Centre.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted on the Community Centre.
No violence.
No hugging students.
No taking photos or videos without permission.
Do not connect with students on social media, share social media with them.
Do not take pictures of individual students.
Do not stay in a close place with only l or 2 students.
Do not sit at the table.
Taking children outside of the Community Centre place is not permitted.
No using phone in the classroom.
Do not ask the student to undertake any personal tasks.
